How do I place an order?
We do not deliver outside of Europe, you can however order and arrange collection or we can arrange collection on your behalf if you have an account with a transport company like FedEx or DHL. To place an order please fill in the contact form and add the product code along with the quantity you would like to purchase and we will send you a quotation.
We have exclusive distributors in the countries listed below, for these countries you will be required to buy through these distributors. Please make your enquiry via our contact form, this will be sent direct to them
Do you hold stock of any Original BTC, Davey Lighting or Beadlight products?
We do not hold any stock as all products are made to order, our general lead time is 3-4 weeks but please submit an enquiry for confirmation on a particular product and quantity.
Do you offer a Trade Discount?
Yes, please fill out the enquiry form with your company details, the products you wish to purchase along with the quantities, we can then look to setup a trade account for you.
Can I order spare parts?
Yes, some of the more commonly requested parts are available to order online and can be found in the Spare Parts, Accessories & Light Bulbs category. For any other parts, please contact the head office on 01993 882 251, who will be able to assist you in supplying the required part. Please note, that spare parts are only intended for the replacement of damaged parts from Original BTC and Davey Lighting products and are not for sale to those wishing to assemble them with other manufacturers components/products. Braided cable is only sold as part of an Original BTC product and is not sold separately (whole cable assemblies may be purchased in the event a lampholder becomes damaged, or a longer length of cable is required for a pendant).
Do you ever have Sales?
All products are made to order and therefore not subject to discounting at any point during the year as no stock is held. Original BTC and Davey Lighting pride themselves on producing timeless products.
Where can I see your lights?
There are three showrooms, where the whole range can be seen. Our London showroom can be found in The Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour and is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. If there is a specific product you wish to see, we advise calling ahead to confirm we have it on display: 0207 351 2130. Our second showroom can be found at our head office in Witney, in Oxfordshire, which is also open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. Please call 01993 882 251 to arrange an appointment. We also have a showroom in Paris, which is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm. If you are unable to reach these locations, please email our sales address and we will try to identify a local stockist where you can view our lights.
Where can I find dimensions and technical information for your products?
There is a specification sheet, showing drawings with dimensions and technical information which may be downloaded from each product listing. Look for the Spefication Sheet tab, underneath the Product Information on the product page.
Can I change the colour of the braided CABLE supplied with my Original BTC light fittings?
The majority of Original BTC products are supplied with Original BTC's signature cotton-braided cable. Each cable has been designed to complement the design and finish of each product. If you wish, it is possible to request a different colour from our range of signature braids. This should be specified at the time of ordering.
Can I specify the length of the CABLE supplied on my pendant light fitting?
We can supply fittings with extra cable as required. As standard, the majority of our pendant light fittings are supplied with 1.5m of cable. If you require more, please request this when ordering, there will be an additional charge.
If the standard length of cable supplied (Pendants: 1.5m) is too much, the cable can be shortened on installation by your electrician.
