Original BTC, Davey Lighting and Beadlight products are all made to order and carry a 30% fee for returns. If customers wish to return an order, we request that we are notified within 28 days. Any items which have been personalised cannot be returned as they are deemed bespoke pieces.

Orders to be returned must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in and should not have been installed. They should be sent back to our Head Office address by a tracked/signed for courier service and must be well packed to ensure safe delivery. We are unable to accept items that are not returned in their original state.

In order to arrange a return, customers must fill in the form in the link below. This will be processed and we will respond within 48 hours. On confirmation customers will be emailed a label to stick on the box. Please note that returns will not be accepted unless they have registered in this way with the label stuck to the outside of the box.

Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of returning their products and to avoid any damage during transport, we advise that customers pack returns carefully.

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 working days. If the order has already been processed it may not be possible to stop the order from being dispatched. If we can, we will stop the order from being sent. If it is too late and the order has already been dispatched, customers are required to return the product in the same condition that it was received in. The product condition must be checked before arranging for the item to be sent back. See returns information.

If customers notice that an error has been made whilst placing an order, please telephone 01993 883383 immediately. We will endeavour to adjust any corrections to the order, before the order has been processed or dispatched.
